Get Up Feeling Energized How many of you have been there? When you start the day off dragging, your entire day seems to go that way, as well. A morning dose of exercise can also help rev up your energy levels for the entire day, keeping you at your best. Whether you choose scrambled eggs with salsa, yogurt with fruit and granola, or a protein shake, if you make a healthy choice first thing in the morning, you are more likely to choose healthier meal options throughout the day.
